I like to try things locals food when I'm visiting new areas. Well in the area this place had the highest reviews. The views from the outdoor seating are amazing. It's a cool atmosphere laid back. Parking lot was pretty full. Since everyone has to drive, even with a restaurant parking lot being full. There was still ample seating. Order the BBQ ribs, video attached. The meat fell off the bones. Amazing. Who doesn't love meat do tender it falls off. The chicken had a Smokey flavor. The offered BBQ sauces were tasty. Worth trying if you're in the area.

Really great and delicious ribs. The view was ABSOLUTELY amazing. Loved the goats and the fact we are able to feed them

My son said that Sugars is now his favorite BBQ pit. The ribs are fall off the bone! We will definitely be back.

consistently good barbecue, get the grilled okra and the turnip greens for sure. Ribs are better than most catfish was excellent. The cornbread is just like your grandma used to make. And since we're in the south, the sweet tea is sweeter than those of us from the north know what to do with. The view is excellent from the patio. This is a must stop on any trip south for us.

Super yummy BBQ! This place was busy which tells you it's good. Clean tables, lots of seating including on the balcony. We ordered the Q for Two, jalapeño and cheddar sandwich, and three wings and legs. Our sides were corn bread, stew, and mac and cheese. All good, but we particularly enjoyed the stew (it reminded us of chicken tortilla soup minus the tortillas). To top it off, there were goats to pet and feed!

Food was superb as usual! We were so glad to see the options of Ribs x3 and the Grilled Chicken with 3 legs and 2 wings. Last time we ate there which has been a while ago, I don't remember this option of snacks. Staff was very helpful and attentive. The sunset was absolutely gorgeous! Thanks to the staff of Sugars Ribs. The "Party Room" downstairs from Sugar's is the location where there was 'The Red Fox Lounge' many years ago. I moved out of town in the 80's and had a going away party there. A lot of fun times were had there......Great music and a great set up with a nice dance floor for lots of dancing! There was a great view as well of Chattanooga. Those were the days!

Oh my gooooodnesss! It'd been awhile since my husband and I had really good bbq and all I have to say is thank you and wow!!! Ordered the 3 piece bbq wing and thigh, 3 piece ribs, small brisket sandwich, 3 order of cornbread and brisket jalapeño poppers. The poppers, I've never had it to where it tasted as if you had just bit into a pizza. 3 piece bbq wings and thighs, fell right off the bone and had a nice crisp. The 3 piece bbq ribs was fall off the bone too. Must stop in when you're close. You won't be disappointed.

We were traveling through the area and wanted to try bbq. We did some searching and decided this was the place. You order at the counter and find a table. A waitress brought the food to our table and it arrived quickly. While the portions didn't seem big, it was enough to keep us satisfied and the flavor was great!! Some of us weren't a fan of the cornbread muffins. They were drier and were not as sweet as what we were hoping for. We sat outside to enjoy the beautiful temperature and look at the mountains. Although the highway is quite loud, the view makes up for it.

Some REALLY REALLY good bbq in chatt. Definitely a place you must go if you are in town, or if you live here!!! The ribs are FALL-OFF-THE-BONE tender!!! The sauces are great, even better when mixed, be your own DJ and remix it!! Catfish was good as well, not fishy, and quite crispy!! Pulled pork was juicy!! Things to skip imo: okra, mo rockin stew, also didn't love the corn bread but liked that it had cheese and jalepeno, just not corn mealy enough for me but it was fluffy!! SO SO GOOD PLEASE GO ASAP
